Recommended for 150 Guests?

  • All day rental (10:00 am-12:00 am) of upstairs and downstairs space for up to 150 guests. The event must end by 12:00 am (due to city ordinance). A $150 fee will apply for any event lasting later than 12:00 am. The all-day rental includes ceremony/reception, setup, decorating, and clean up.

  • Day of wedding coordinator to ensure your day is flawless.

  • One (1) hour ceremony rehearsal (date is determined by space availability) coordinated by your day of wedding coordinator.

  • Polyester floor length linens (for tables up to 150 guests) � Black, Ivory or White

  • Two (2) Bars

  • Two (2) Lounge areas

  • Bridal Suite

  • Groom Suite

  • Tables and chairs (up to 150 guests) for ceremony and reception - 60 inch round tables and antique wood chairs

  • Five (5) farm tables 

  • Ten (10) bistro tables

  • Six (6) 6' banquet tables

  • Marquee sign outside displaying your name

  • Use of Photo Booth room
